The illustrations are striking, but how are they related to radiation from nuclear plants ? Some questions:
1. Where were the insects found, in relation to the nuclear plants ?
2. Were radiation levels measured ? If so with what results ?
3. Have similar mutations been seen in lab tests with radiation ?
4. Could insecticides cause similar mutations ?
Chris–your points are well taken. I think it might be a bit much to ask an artist to think like a scientist, but you can certainly hold me to a higher standard.
I just thought it was beautiful stuff.
